Return Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2025

1. General Provisions

IE Kovalenko Denys Pavlovych (hereinafter – the Seller) guarantees the Buyer’s right to return and exchange goods in accordance with the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights” and the Civil Code of Ukraine.

2. Conditions for Returning Goods

2.1. Return of Goods of Proper Quality

The Buyer has the right to return a product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days from the moment of receiving the order, if:

  • The product has not been used

  • Its marketable appearance and consumer properties are preserved

  • Seals and factory labels are intact

  • The document confirming the fact of purchase (receipt, invoice) is preserved

Warning! According to the current legislation of Ukraine, food products of proper quality are not subject to return or exchange. Returns are only possible in the event of discovering product defects.

2.2. Return of Goods of Improper Quality

The Buyer has the right to return a product of improper quality during the warranty period or shelf life if the following are discovered:

  • Malfunction or defect of the product

  • Non-compliance of the product with the declared characteristics

  • Violation of packaging integrity upon receipt

  • Damage to the product during transportation

  • Expiration or near-expiration of the shelf life (less than 50% of the remaining term)

3. Return Procedure

3.1. Step 1: Notification

To return a product, the Buyer must contact the Seller using one of the following methods:

  • Phone: +380 67 285 11 41 (Mon-Fri from 8:00 to 20:00)

3.2. Step 2: Application Processing

The Buyer must provide the following information:

  • Order number

  • Date of purchase

  • Name of the product being returned

  • Reason for the return

  • Photographs of the product (if necessary)

  • Contact information for communication

3.3. Step 3: Transfer of Goods

After agreeing on the return conditions, the product can be transferred:

  • Via Nova Poshta to the Seller’s address: Kyiv region, Byshiv village, Brusylivska St, 43

  • In person at the specified address (by prior arrangement)

  • Via Nova Poshta courier during the delivery of a new order

Important: Shipping costs for returning goods of proper quality are borne by the Buyer. Shipping costs for returning goods of improper quality are borne by the Seller (we arrange the return delivery at our expense).

4. Refund Conditions

4.1. Refund Terms

Refunds are processed within:

  • 14 (fourteen) business days from the moment the Seller receives the goods and signs the return act

  • In the event of returning goods of improper quality — within 7 (seven) business days

4.2. Refund Methods

Funds are returned using the same method that was used for payment:

  • To the bank card (for online card payments)

  • In cash (for cash on delivery payments)

  • To the settlement account (for non-cash payments)

4.3. Refund Amount

When returning goods of proper quality:

  • The cost of the product is refunded

  • Delivery costs are not refunded

  • Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer

When returning goods of improper quality:

  • The full cost of the product is refunded

  • Nova Poshta delivery costs are refunded

  • Return shipping costs are compensated (cost of return delivery via Nova Poshta)

Note: For returning goods of improper quality, we independently arrange the return delivery via Nova Poshta at our expense after coordination with you.

5. Exchange of Goods

The Buyer has the right to exchange a product for a similar product of proper quality within 14 days of receipt, provided the requirements specified in paragraph 2.1 of this Policy are met.

Exchange of goods is carried out:

  • For a product with a different flavor or volume

  • For another product from the assortment (with a price recalculation)

Delivery of the exchanged product is carried out via Nova Poshta according to the agreed terms.

6. Cases When Return is Not Possible

The Seller has the right to refuse a return in the following cases:

  • The Buyer violated the storage conditions of the product

  • There is no proof of purchase from the Seller

  • The product shows signs of use or damage caused by the Buyer

  • Packaging integrity is violated (except for inspection upon receipt)

  • The return period has expired (14 days for goods of proper quality)

  • The product of proper quality belongs to the food products category

7. Buyer’s Rights Upon Discovery of Product Defects

In accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Buyer has the right to demand:

  • Replacement of the product with a product of proper quality

  • Free elimination of defects (if possible)

  • Reimbursement of expenses for eliminating defects

  • A corresponding price reduction

  • Termination of the contract and refund of the amount paid

8. Claims

The Buyer has the right to file a claim during the shelf life or warranty period of the product.

The claim is reviewed by the Seller within:

  • 7 (seven) business days from the moment of receiving the written application

  • 14 (fourteen) business days — in complex cases requiring additional verification

10. Additional Provisions

The Seller reserves the right to make changes to this Return Policy. The current version is always available on the official website.

For matters not regulated by this Policy, the parties are guided by the current legislation of Ukraine.

All disputes and disagreements are resolved through negotiations. If an agreement is not reached, the dispute is resolved in court in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine.
